Where did you get the insperation for the song, Before the Sun Gos Down?

We are Christan missionaries working in Indonesia, and a few years ago, my dad went on an emergency trip to Papua, because a few of our friends were taken hostage. I was really scared because both of the families had little children under the age of 6, and I kept praying that God would keep the families and my dad safe. Then I remembered that God has a plan, and if it is His will, He would work everything out. After a couple of days, the bad men just left. Now, the families are doing great, and my dad is safe at home. God really showed how powerful He is and always will be.

P.S. I think Carolyne's fave drink is Dr. Pepper.

My Best Friend Emily and I started a band about two years ago. We named it Sugar Rush. Our main role model was Miley Cyrus. We wanted to be like her. Then I was in the christian book store & saw your cd I bought it & luved It!! After I showed Emily we decided we wanted to be like you. Hopefully we will bring more lives to Christ!!

Several months ago, I went through a difficult time. One of my closest friends was not very commited to our friendship and this, among other things was very painful. I think a lot of the pain was inflicted by my own thoughts about the way things were, but it was still real to me. I was feeling lonely and depressed. I can't count how many times I simply curled up and cried. I had thought we were BFFs and that I had finally found a friend that would stick by me. It seemed I was wrong.
One night in bed after coming home from a hard time at youth, I realized that I needed to pour out my heart to God. As I prayed aloud and in my head, I began crying again. "God, when will I find a friend who will be loyal to me?"
After I'd said all I could, I heard a quiet voice speaking to my heart. "I will never leave you or forsake you. I'm always here, and I am your Friend." The words were so comforting. That night, I fell asleep knowing that I had Someone I could count on forever. It was also a turning point in my life where God became more real to me. Now the heartache others have caused isn't as painful and I am becoming closer to God than I ever have before. I thank God for the amazing friend He is to me!

Answer to Trivia question: Caroline's burgandy ring was her great-grandmother's ring who passed it down to her mother who passed it down to Caroline. It's a purity ring.

My Story is: I worship Jesus thru song, prayer and everynight, my family and I sit down in our living room and either read a scripture or a part of a chapter in a devotional. That is so uplifting and a good way to end the day.
